The council’s application fee is paid directly to the council. We set the payment up for you, so you just log in and pay. For a certificate of this kind it is half the normal planning fee, and we confirm the exact figure for your council before you commit.

    The eligibility assessment and our written view on it are free. You are under no obligation after it.

    Agreed deposit

    Payable when you ask us to proceed. It covers the licensed mapping we buy and the case preparation that follows.

    Before submission

    Balance of our fee

    Payable once the pack is complete and you have read and approved it, and before it is lodged.

    Statutory fee

    The council’s own application fee, paid straight to them. We set it up — you just log in and pay.

The council makes the decision — that’s why we screen first. Our fee buys the preparation and running of an application we believe is strong — not the decision itself. Where we think a case will fail, we say so before you’ve paid us anything.
