For manufacturers
Review the model once. Use it on every application.
Most of the technical evidence a certificate application needs is a property of the unit, not the garden it stands in. It does not change between customers, and asking your team to reassemble it for every enquiry is wasted effort on both sides.
The arrangement
A model evidence review, done properly, once.
We assess your model against the tests a caravan case turns on, tell you where the evidence is strong and where it has gaps, and hold the reviewed pack on file for every application that follows.
- 1
You send the technical pack
Drawings, dimensions, construction and mobility evidence — in whatever form you already hold it.
- 2
We review it test by test
Construction, sections, assembled size, internal height and whole-unit mobility, one by one.
- 3
You get a written position
What the evidence supports, what it doesn’t, and exactly what would close any gap.
- 4
Every application reuses it
Your customers’ cases draw on the reviewed pack instead of starting from scratch.
We won’t present a model as meeting a test it doesn’t meet. Where a gap can be closed, we tell you exactly how. Where it can’t, we say that too.
What we need from you
Six things — most of which you already hold.
The same list we’d otherwise send your customer, so sending it to us directly saves everyone a round trip.
General arrangement drawings
Floor plan, elevations and at least one cross-section, dimensioned and to a stated scale. The internal height needs to be dimensioned, not scaled off.Assembled dimensions
Length, width and internal height as the unit stands when assembled on site, and the number of separately constructed sections it arrives in.Chassis and support details
What the unit is built on, how it bears on the ground, and what the recommended base arrangement is.Mobility evidence
How the assembled unit would be moved: lifting points, towing arrangements, and any documented instance of a unit of this model being relocated.Service connection details
That water, drainage and electrical connections are demountable, and how they are made and broken.A signed compliance statement
A statement from the manufacturer addressing each element of the statutory definition for the model in question.
What it changes for you
A better answer to the question every buyer asks.
“Will I need planning permission?” is often the first question and the last objection. You can’t answer it — it depends on the customer’s land and household — but you can hand it to someone who can.
- An independent answer your customer can trust
- No more reassembling the same evidence for every enquiry
- We deal with the customer directly, start to finish
Fully independent. No commission on unit sales and no exclusive arrangements — which is exactly why our answer is worth more to your buyers than a supplier’s. How we work.
